• API Activity and Webhook Data: Retained on a fixed schedule for all API plans: API request logs, webhook events, and webhook delivery records for 90 days, individual delivery attempts for 30 days, and per-timer activity for 180 days. We may retain limited information longer when needed for security, legal, billing, backup, or support purposes.
• Account and Workspace Data: Retained while your account or workspace remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, backup, billing, legal, and support purposes
• Uploaded Assets: Retained while associated with your account, workspace, or countdowns, unless deleted by you or removed according to service needs and legal requirements
• Billing Records: Retained as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance
• Analytics Data: Stored by Google Analytics for 26 months (default retention period)
• Support Communications: Retained for 2 years for customer service purposes
