CountdownShare makes no warranties or representations about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That defects will be corrected
• That the Service or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Service

You use the Service at your own risk. We recommend creating backup copies of important countdown data.

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed one hundred dollars ($100 USD) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (which is $0 for a free service), whichever is greater.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your countdown timers and associated data, though we are not obligated to do so.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring claims in your country of residence.

For any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first contact us at hello@countdownshare.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may pursue legal remedies as outlined in the Governing Law section above.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
